Reparations in Tucson

Damali Ayo, a performance artist in NYC, created the concept of having a day for panhandling for slavery reparations, where people would go out on the streets of their town and ask white folks for money and then give the money to african-americans. This is the Tucson enactment of that idea, performed by Lena, and filmed by Jeff and MC. Lena and I sat down and edited it this week.
see http://damaliayo.com for more information about the project.
