Pan Left's "Team Fun" and the 48 Hour Film Shootout

Last night at 6:45 pm was the launch of the Tucson 48 Hour Film Shootout.
This is an annual contest in which various teams compete to make a short film in 48 hours.

Pan Left and friends have gathered a team together, called Team Fun. Representatives received our assignment and then met with the rest of the team for story brainstorming. Then a small sub-team of writers spent about 4 hours (twice as long as we planned) writing a screenplay. Now early this morning we are gathered in a house out in the Foothills, preparing for production. The cast is doing a read-through and others are making a proplist.

This is going to rock! And, most importantly, it will F.U.n.

More news, documentation, and reports on this blog as we progress....
