As head of DHS Chertoff used his powers granted to him by Section 102 of the Real ID Act to waive dozens of federal laws in order to build new sections of border fence, ignoring environmental, cultural, economic, and political consequences.

This is the latest edited piece from the Women of Pan Left. Kathryn on sound and Emily and Brenda on camera. I did the edit. Some of the color/contrast/brightness tweaking that I did didn't look good when it was compressed. Something else to learn about.
