Election Fraud in Pima County!?

Just today I was just listening to Bob McChesney's 'Media Matter' radio show (http://will.illinois.edu/mediamatters/) when I heard something that gave me a little bit of a shock. The guest, a Mr. Mark Crispin Miller from NYU, was pimping a new book he wrote that shows in excruciating detail how both the 2000 and 2004 presidential elections, among many other minor state elections, were deliberately manipulated in favor of conservative candidates.

When Pima County approved a 260-house "cluster development" in Painted Hills, a lightly-populated area of unspoiled desert land just west of Tucson, local residents addressed the issue in an October 20, 2007 community meeting. This is part one of excerpts from that meeting.
