weekend recap:
saturday matinees screening of my short at arclight. did some tech investigation, no answer about type of projector, but they project straight from the Beta SP tape. that's a big reason for me to keep and always master to tape, dvd hasn't got there yet. screening went perfect this time around, ahhh it's over now. q & a again, we all have to take turns talking longer this time so i did me best not ramble, hopefully... matthew modine said some great things about importance of shorts on the internet, kinda a celebrity endorsement for web filmmakers, that was really cool. had some great conversations with fellow directors, one from Denmark one from Mexico, both really talented guys. michel lipkes from mexico city had a mind blowing short called El Nino Sin Piernas No Puede Bailar (the legless boy cannot dance)
the scene:

Funny too, Obama's older brother never get's love, Biden is that his name? serious tho, everyone i meet just wants to talk about our new prez and enjoy this moment. the high will come down, but for now, i'll just let it ride.
